Refund & Replacement Policy

At Pretty Lovely Design Co., each item is custom-made just for you, making every order unique and personal. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or your order arrives damaged.

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement for the affected item(s). To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the damage or defect, as well as your order number.

Important Note on Customization:
As all our products are made to order, we ask that you carefully review and confirm all personalized details—such as names, dates, and spellings—before submitting your order. Pretty Lovely Design Co. cannot accept responsibility for errors in information provided by the customer.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
